ARTEMIS is interested in acquiring a few of today's specimens for study. To this end, we are willing to pay for anyone interested in capturing a living dinosaur, and delivering it to the City Lab in relatively decent condition. If anyone is interested, please contact me for further instructions. And please, considering the dangerous nature of these creatures, only skilled persons need be in touch.

Also, we do have a time limit set so as to allow us the maximum amount of time to study before these animals are expected to vanish, so please contact me before nightfall.

I'll be needing a handful of employees to put in some extra time today in order to help out in the organization and cataloging of our findings. Of course, any volunteers will be duly compensated. Is anyone interested?

Due to recent departures in the City, the ARTEMIS Organization is currently seeking individuals with skills in research, investigation, and archival work to fill our ranks. We are an open minded group, willing to utilize any skill set whether in medicine, science, or magic, and even have a few entry level positions for those wishing to learn.

That being said, one of my employees, a Harold Saxon, hasn't shown up for work in some time yet his portrait hasn't shown up in the Hall of the Missing. His last post seemed a bit... concerning, so I felt it worth asking now that other ~~personal~~ matters have calmed down and I have the time. Would anyone happen to know of his whereabouts?

Saya, I've noticed that you haven't been at the apartment much since last weekend. Is something wrong?

Unfortunately we've lost a few valued members of our organization. While I understand that this is inevitable in this City, it still makes things a bit trying. I believe it's time for us to be more proactive in our research, especially with the threat that any one of us might be gone tomorrow.

Please note that Mr. Temple, and Mr. Kuran are no longer with us. Both of these men seemed to have the knowledge that they were no longer going to be here... which can only make me wonder why some are whisked away without a word, and others have time to prepare. Perhaps we should start taking note of such disappearances to see if there's a pattern.

As some of you may know, the ARTEMIS Organization has been working on reproducing a form of Blood Tablet that had been available in Mr. Kuran's world. After much work, I’ve developed what I believe to be an accurate duplicate of these tablets, but I would like to ask for any volunteers to give their opinion of the finished product. And of course, I will honor any requests for anonymity should you wish it. Would anyone be interested in joining this study?

I assure you, it has been thoroughly tested and is quite safe for consumption.

The ARTEMIS Organization is currently seeking to fill our ranks with new talent. Devoted to the eradication of the City curses, and solving the other mysteries of this place, the ARTEMIS Organization was formed with the single minded goal of freeing the chains that bind us here.

Applicants are expected to have experience in the Administrative, Archival, Medical, Scientific, Magical, Mechanical or Investigative areas. (Although we are always willing to consider other talents...)

Of special note, I'm interested in speaking to any person with extensive computer skills for a small project I'm considering right now. Interested parties for either temporary or permanent work, please contact me.

Due to Dr. Disraeli's sudden departure, I've decided to promote one of our own into the position of what is in effect, second in command for all ARTEMIS business. A vice president, so to speak. This will better help our group to operate smoothly through any transitions, as well as a back up for you to go to if I am indisposed. Hopefully this will help to counter some of the effects of the curses that impede our progress.

With that, please offer your congratulations to Mr. Xemnas for taking on these extra responsibilities.

It's been approximately 27 days, 8 hours, and 27 minutes since Saya left the apartment to stay with a woman known as 'Lady'. It pains me that she refuses to come back until Marishka leaves, but at least from what I've witnessed (from observing the situation from a distance), I can be certain that she's not in any danger.

She assures me that this is temporary...... still..... I worry.

I don't want to push the issue. Not when I've come this far with her...

At least that incident did this much for me, giving me the time to go 'see' her.... My hiatus with the hospital is still in effect, ARTEMIS is safely in the hands of Mr. Xemnas, and with the disappearance of Dr. Disraeli, there's no longer any need for me to assist him with his lab work.

I wonder what her plans are for tomorrow...

I regret to inform everyone that we've lost one of our long standing members, Dr. Jezebel Disraeli. I'd suspected that something wasn't right, and today I found his picture hanging in the Hall of the Missing. For those who were not aware of his great contributions and role in ARTEMIS, I feel the need to say... that our organization suffers a tremendous blow this day.

Due to this, I will be taking a much more active position in ARTEMIS, and shifting work around to accommodate the positions that we are currently missing.

If you've had any outstanding projects with the doctor, please speak with me at your earliest convenience. Also, I request for someone to volunteer to recruit for new candidates.

Come to me if you have any concerns or questions, and I'll be happy to speak with you.

It seems as if someone saw fit to take all my notes and records concerning the Organization. ~~Would anyone care to confess to this?~~ There are other things missing... but these notes concern me the most.

[ooc: The Shugo Chara! Plot draws to a close... leaving behind a somewhat confused Chevalier. By the time of this post he's realized something is amiss, things at his apartment have been altered, possessions missing. (His last memory is of going to get paperwork at the hospital, and so he continued to go get it, not realizing that he's missing nearly a week of his life.) All of his patients and hospital records have by this time been handed over to Lilith. And sadly, any ARTEMIS work he'd had in his possession are missing (by his own hand). He'll have no memories of anything that he did or said during this time.]

My day off has given me time to go over where my life is heading, and I realized that I can't in good conscience continue in my various jobs when my heart just isn't in it anymore. This affects my position at the hospital, as well as the research and operation in the ARTEMIS Organization that I was responsible for... Separately, the findings on my research of the City Dead have been ambiguous... mystifyingly frustrating in the elusiveness that no doubt each of you has felt in your own work. But, piecing these reports together, I just may have something...

I'd like for each of your departments to review my report in depth, and to give me your thoughts on the test results once you receive them. To those of you who are not skilled in medicine, I've created a synopsis of the findings that should be easier for you to understand.

Please welcome Mr. Lyle Dylandy, one of our newest members. He'll be joining the department for deity research starting today...

*[ooc: NEW INFORMATION ADDED]* Also, I'm pleased to introduce everyone to Mr. Xemnas. He'll be working in our Dimensional studies as well as investigating the nature of the curses... and Dr. Temperance Brennan who will be working as a field investigator and archivist. She also has an interest in working on our little deity project.

Now on to a pressing issue...

Due to an increase in the severity of curses, I'd like to address the issue of security to protect the work that we have accomplished so far. As many of you may have realized, I myself have been greatly affected, and in my cursed state, was nearly detrimental to one of our projects. Perhaps our probings into the dealings of the so called Deities has come to their attention and they are working against us.

If this is the case, we must be more diligent, and determined to get past such obstacles.

I'm open to any suggestions and wish for each of you to come up with a solution in your own particular fields of expertise. I cannot stress enough the need to set up a series of checks and balances in order to prevent disaster. Please submit your report here as soon as possible. Also, let me know if your own work has suffered likewise. Equipment being damaged, lost, or stolen...

Jezebel, I've grown increasingly more concerned over the situation with the curses and how it will affect us. I think it would be prudent to add security to our group. Specified personnel to step in when needed to prevent this kind of sabotage. As for myself, I'm afraid that I'd require special care to stop me, so am taking it upon myself to find someone suitable.

But that still leaves the matter for our other dear members of ARTEMIS. Do you have any input on this matter?

Mr. Zexion, you are well I hope? We have a creature for your project. It's smaller than I'd originally intended, so I hope that won't set you back as far as having to resize the implanted electronics. Have you been successful in designing a device to control it's movements?

On a side note, I feel the need to increase security in the various labs where we are holding some of our more delicate projects. Something that would prevent a cursed member of ARTEMIS from sabotaging our progress. Do you have any ideas of how to achieve this goal?

I'm beginning to think I should be locked up when I'm afflicted in such a way. It seems I've been hit hard with these curses lately... this last weekend was... well, I'm glad that you didn't have to see me like that.

On a side note, there is someone we might want to consider for our organization. This person seems to have a gift for observation and memory retention. I'm thinking that we could use them for gathering information, or cross referencing the data that is gathered from the various departments of ARTEMIS.

Luke, my apologies for nearly letting our little lab specimen go. Thankfully, my coworker was able to prevent me from taking such foolish actions. I'm embarrassed that I hadn't set protocol's in place to prevent such actions from interfering with my organization. I should have known better... there's not much of an excuse, except to say that I don't think this will be an issue again. I'm taking action to correct this matter immediately.

Please let me apologize for inconveniencing anyone by my behavior this last weekend. It seems a sad excuse to blame a curse... but... I'm prepared to concentrate on my projects for ARTEMIS in order to find some way to stop such things from occurring again.
