69th Devotion: Business Prospects and Personal Matters

As some of you may know, the ARTEMIS Organization has been working on reproducing a form of Blood Tablet that had been available in Mr. Kuran's world. After much work, I’ve developed what I believe to be an accurate duplicate of these tablets, but I would like to ask for any volunteers to give their opinion of the finished product. And of course, I will honor any requests for anonymity should you wish it. Would anyone be interested in joining this study?

I assure you, it has been thoroughly tested and is quite safe for consumption.

Why yes. He brought them to me for analysis when I took on this job... I think they should be pretty accurate when compared to the originals.

Ah, yes. I would imagine not. Do the vampires in your world move openly and freely in your society?

No. The government doesn't publicly acknowledge their existence, so it's a closely guarded secret. At least at home it is.

I suppose the public would find their existence threatening... isn't that typically why such secrets would be kept?

I'm working to help prove to the government that vampires and humans can coexist together peacefully. So hopefully that is a belief that can be changed.

Those are lofty goals if the people in your world are anything like in mine. How would you achieve such a thing?

My adoptive father runs an academy which houses both vampires and humans alike. Proving that we can all live so closely together without any problems is a first step. It might not seem like much...but it hasn't been done before. If we can prove that we can all get along we can take further measures in the future.
