[The camera flickers on just as Solomon collapses on the ground, exhausted, battered, and bloody in the dim interior of his cell. On the ground around him, lay his captors, all laying lifeless, their bodies broken and ripped apart.
Struggling to get up, the Chevalier wearily pulls himself to a sitting position against the twisted remains of the jail cell’s door. His breathing is labored, the only other sounds coming from the swinging remnants of the chains that had bound both wrists to the ceiling.]
I… could use… some assistance. Mr… Xemnas… Luke... Time... is of the essence....
I believe… a young lady has been… waiting for a rescue…

Date: 2009-09-15 03:31 am (UTC)The Chevalier peered inside the door's small barred window with anxious eyes, the stress he was feeling thankfully hidden from his companion's view. Weakness was never something a wise man showed to subordinates, not from his experience.
But inside the carefully crafted cell, was the very familiar form of the one he had been seeking. His mouth curved into a slight smile, thinking that perhaps he'd have to give Xemnas a little more in the bonus than he'd intended after all.]
Marishka...!

Date: 2009-09-15 04:38 am (UTC)Solomon!

Date: 2009-09-15 04:46 pm (UTC)Well, it could be worse. He just followed for now, and remained quiet as they approached yet another person, a female, he noticed, but he didn't know her. It must be a friend of the two?]

Date: 2009-09-15 06:19 pm (UTC)And so he'd fall silent for the time. No need to speak when other voices would do better.]

Date: 2009-09-16 12:53 am (UTC)[It pained him to see her chained up and injured like that, especially when the false memories of Saya's torture was so fresh in his mind.
The door was securely locked. An obstacle that the Chevalier was unsure if he could muster the strength to open. If he had to, he would expend the last of his strength... but only if it were necessary. The last thing that the others needed was to have to carry him out of there.]
Marishka, please move back... I've brought friends to get us out of here.
[Turning his head, he glanced back at the others as he stepped aside.]
"Mr. Xemnas... are you capable of 'opening' the door?"

Date: 2009-09-16 01:11 am (UTC)Hurry... I was out...

Date: 2009-09-16 01:42 am (UTC)[It was, as things went a comparatively quiet method of doing so as Xemnas simply summoned one of his blades before slicing through the lock.]
I trust that will do?
[action]
Date: 2009-09-16 02:19 am (UTC)Smiling, the Chevalier pushed the heavy door open enough to step through, pocketing the information he's so easily gained. First the door, next the chains that bound her... but until then...
He crossed the room, moving in a direct line into Marishka's range. There was nothing that he had to fear from Marishka, not with the bond they shared.
Without a word he drew her into his arms, forgetting all about the other's behind him. For that one moment, it was just the two of them, safe, alone, with nothing to harm them.
For that one moment, the pain and horrors he'd seen receded...]
Forgive me for not being able to come sooner... I did try...

Date: 2009-09-16 03:06 am (UTC)Solomon came... Came for me...
[Looking up, she smiled at him]

Date: 2009-09-16 06:14 pm (UTC)Although there was another matter that need consideration.]
We should not stay here overlong, should the two of you find such a thing feasible.
[action]
Date: 2009-09-17 04:10 am (UTC)Reluctantly, he turned to look back at the others, his arm never releasing the lovely vampiress from his grasp.]
Yes, of course... but there's still the matter of her shackles. Considering that it's metal, I'd rather not electrocute her in trying to free her. Do you have any other way to break the chains?
Or do I need to do this...?[action]
Date: 2009-09-17 04:41 am (UTC)They are to help?
[action]
Date: 2009-09-17 11:48 pm (UTC)[The human replied. His hair matted against his face. They had certainly measured against his magic with his prison. He was unsure how it would react here. If she possessed any abilities to use magic or anything like that must have been likely restrained, if not then he should be able to crack it with his magic]

Date: 2009-09-18 12:26 am (UTC)[After all, his blades were not precisely made for such precise work. Not without spending far more time and care on them then he wished to spend, given the situation. Every moment spent was a moment less to escape.]
[action]
Date: 2009-09-18 04:53 am (UTC)Nodding in answer to the vampiress' question, he stepped back to allow the mage room to work.]
I would be grateful for your assistance...

Date: 2009-09-20 11:58 pm (UTC)I do what I can to return the favour. It seems the shackles were not as immune as I thought.
[action]
Date: 2009-09-21 12:45 am (UTC)[That or they had and simply didn't care, but Xemnas saw no need to mention that. That thought he would hold to himself. Let the others yet retain what fleeting glimpses of hope they could.]

Date: 2009-09-21 03:31 am (UTC)Now, how to get out of here... a portal perhaps?
[Would it be that easy?
[action]
Date: 2009-09-22 06:12 pm (UTC)No killing them?
[action]
Date: 2009-09-24 12:28 am (UTC)[The male frowned as he said it and nodded his head]
Perhaps, not.
[action]
Date: 2009-09-24 12:41 am (UTC)[Although should it indeed serve as a method of egress he would quite gladly have summoned one up.]
[action]
Date: 2009-09-24 03:49 am (UTC)Leaning over, he whispered in her ear, echoing the seemingly nervous sentiments of their newest ally.]
Not them. But if anyone should try to stop us... well then...
[Conflict such as this was regrettable. But they'd called it upon their own heads by their actions, and Solomon was determined to be free. Glancing to Xemnas, he sighed.]
No portal? That figures... I suppose our escape would be anticlimactic otherwise.
