[Turning away from the network device, Solomon knew it would only take a moment before his second in command appeared. There was still much to do before the tedium of moving to his new place was over and done with. But at least this time there was help...]

[Only a moment indeed. Xemnas was not unfamiliar with where Solomon resided and it was but a moments thought to open a portal to just outside the door. Help, it seems, had arrived.

And was politely knocking on the door.]

[Just as expected, the knock sounded on the door announcing Xemnas' presence. Crossing the room, he opened the door with a smile.]

Mr. Xemnas... please come in. What took you so long?

I can only come as fast as I am able. I did have things that needed putting away first.

[Smiling pleasantly, he shut the door behind him and followed his second in command into the room of boxes.]

I'm expecting a few others at some point today, so I don't expect that this should take very long...

[ and just then, there was the familiar sound of a portal right outside, followed by a few firm knocks on the door ]

[Solomon had barely gotten 10 feet away from the door before a knock sounded upon it.]

Ah, that must be one of the other helpers now... just a moment.

[And turning away from Xemnas, he returned and opened the door. The man outside was unknown to him, but then, the request for assistance had been to anyone who had the inclination to help. Smiling he tilted his head. ]

Hello~ Are you here to assist in the moving?

[A portal? There were few people in the city who were capable of creating such things and he was fairly sure none of his Organization had intended to arrive here.

Which left only one answer. This would be interesting.]

[ there was a nod, and the Replica stepped inside. He had expected it to be just the two of them, and a couple of boxes to be moved.

Xemnas had never once crossed his mind - not to be here, at least. So when the Replica caught sight of him, he was visibly stunned, to the point of a gasp. What the heck was he doing here? Did he not trust him? Was Xemnas here to watch him... ? ]

[To watch him? Hardly. He was here for other reasons, although he wouldn't pass up the opportunity.]

[Solomon's brow lifted, surprised at the cool reception between the two men.]

Yeah, we know each other. [ the distaste was obvious in his voice, and there was a brief glare. He was surprised (and bothered) to find that Xemnas was here too, but what could he do? He shrugged and turned to Solomon. ] So... where do I get started?

[He wasn't really sure how he did it, but somehow Solomon always seemed to find himself in the middle of two opposing forces. Not that he minded so much. After all, compared to the open war between his two queens, this was nothing but light-hearted entertainment. It would be fun to see how it played out...]

I stay with him, so I can deal with it for now. [ it was offhand and sharp, clear that he didn't want to talk about it any longer. He came here to help Solomon, and while the bigger reason was to get out of the house, he did say he would help, so he would not go back on his word. ] so... it's the top floor, right?

[He nodded his head slightly in acknowledgment of Rep's apparent wishes. It was fine with him if he wanted to keep the conversation on the business at hand. Solomon was eager to have the move over with by the time Marishka returned.

Yes, the top floor, penthouse suite #3. So... what would be the best way to proceed? Shall we do this the old fashioned way or did either of you have something better in mind?
