29th Devotion: Emergency Relief

If anyone needs me, I'll be in the Emergency Room until late this evening focusing on any injuries from the unexpected earthquake today. I'd appreciate it if my family and friends would please check in with me to let me know that you're alright....
It seems this city the situations in this city have been more dire as of late, although I would hardly call the Major's failed experiment a success by any measure. I'm glad that there were not as many casualties as there could have and that he's been justly apprehended.
[Private to Saya]
Saya, please forgive my absence as of late. Work has been very demanding of me, and the times I've been home, you'd already gone to bed. I doubt Hagi would have liked it if I woke you...
Please tell Hagi that if his new arm or wing causes him any discomfort, he needs to communicate that to me. I know how stoic he can be...
Also, before I forget... The apartment is nearly completed. Would you like to take a tour of it soon?
[ARTEMIS Filter//Unhackable]
For those of you who have been working on more delicate projects, I hope that the tremors that shook our Lab Facilities hasn't caused any setbacks. As soon as you're able to, please report to me of any damages to your equipment. I know that times have been quite busy with events lately, but I would like to hear of how things are going for you...
[Private to Dr. Disraeli //Unhackable]
Dr. Disraeli, I've noticed that the cage that holds our little lab rats was damaged slightly in the quakes. Until they could be fixed, I've directed some of our staff to move them to temporary containment areas located in the back. It's been awhile since we've discussed work. Has there been progress with our termination project?
Are you familiar with the Major? It really was quite an interesting situation with him stirring the City to arms. I was watching the events unfold with great interest. I only wonder if his ultimate failure wasn't due to not having any set goals other than anarchy. If he makes it through this, perhaps he'll take more care in his next venture.
Oh, also... I am interested in looking into a new project. One of our members has told me of a most interesting thing called the 'heartless'. A way to separate a person's emotions from their bodies, into a tangible creature. Fascinating, isn't it? I'm not sure what we can use it for at this point, but I'm certain we could find something...
