99th Devotion: SCIENCE!

[Back-timed to mid-morning]

ARTEMIS is interested in acquiring a few of today's specimens for study. To this end, we are willing to pay for anyone interested in capturing a living dinosaur, and delivering it to the City Lab in relatively decent condition. If anyone is interested, please contact me for further instructions. And please, considering the dangerous nature of these creatures, only skilled persons need be in touch.

Also, we do have a time limit set so as to allow us the maximum amount of time to study before these animals are expected to vanish, so please contact me before nightfall.

[ARTEMIS FILTER]
I'll be needing a handful of employees to put in some extra time today in order to help out in the organization and cataloging of our findings. Of course, any volunteers will be duly compensated. Is anyone interested?

[ooc: ARTEMIS, for those who are not aware, = one of the City's Research Organizations. Will backpost/backdate if necessary to allow for the time constraints of this particular request~ ^^]

Considering the short amount of time that we'd be able to utilize the specimens, we've decided on 50-200 Oranges based on the amount of danger the creature will pose.

[VANISH? There has never been a time without dinosaurs. They live forever. They are as old as the sky, old as the moon. They can be hunted, trapped, they can even be killed if they leave their forests, but they do not vanish.]

Then I will procure some for you.

A good first project to welcome you back into the City, right Doctor?

And please, feel free to give any directions as you see fit. And if you wish to remain relatively anonymous within the company... I'll be happy to act as your voice as I did last time.

[But they do go extinct~. It's the live ones, the rare ones that hold interest to the Organization.]

Of course! What better opportunity to study something that I'd never thought would be possible. It's all rather exciting~

[identity profile] favoritetraitor.livejournal.com 2010-07-21 10:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Depending on the species being brought in, we're prepared to offer anywhere from 50-200 Oranges. Please understand that anyone interested would be doing this at their own risk and we expect them to take the greatest care.

The City Lab. Might I inquire as to who I'm speaking to?

You shouldn't need that to give payment upon receiving the goods, do you?

I suppose that's true.

For the moment, I wish to remain anonymous until I am more reaccustomed to it and its workings. I appreciate your offer.

It is a variety of creature that I have had little time to observe in my own world. The data they can provide should prove... enlightening.

[identity profile] 1001teatimes.livejournal.com 2010-07-22 12:09 am (UTC)(link)
That is so very thoughtful of you, Master! To warn everyone so~

I ignore the breed of the darling creature that has become... attached to me. Yet perhaps you will be able to identify it? He is rather large.

[Is taken by how excited he sounds but nonetheless.]

Do you need more hands in gathering specimens?

[identity profile] valentineluke.livejournal.com 2010-07-22 01:58 am (UTC)(link)
Have you bothered to take note of their size?

[identity profile] disregard-death.livejournal.com 2010-07-22 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
If ye had gotten me during the curse I'd have been happy to do so, right now, I'm not entirely sure I want to be mucking with them.

Well, I do like to at least know who I'm dealing with. However, if a privacy filter isn't enough to satisfy you, I'll settle for a pseudonym just so I'll know of a way to refer to you.

But if it means anything, I do understand the meaning of discretion quite well.

[Well. It isn't her real name, anyway.]

Hazuki Mina.

Use the discretion, if you would.
