As some of you may know, the ARTEMIS Organization has been working on reproducing a form of Blood Tablet that had been available in Mr. Kuran's world. After much work, I’ve developed what I believe to be an accurate duplicate of these tablets, but I would like to ask for any volunteers to give their opinion of the finished product. And of course, I will honor any requests for anonymity should you wish it. Would anyone be interested in joining this study?

I assure you, it has been thoroughly tested and is quite safe for consumption.

Can anything ever be truly resolved in a City such as this? The deities prefer to keep things in a constant state of conflict, never allowing any disagreements to die...

Indeed, that is an inconvenience. Doesn't stop one from trying, though.
