As long as they're not immune to magic, I can use it to get rid of the shackles.

[The human replied. His hair matted against his face. They had certainly measured against his magic with his prison. He was unsure how it would react here. If she possessed any abilities to use magic or anything like that must have been likely restrained, if not then he should be able to crack it with his magic]
